How much does it cost to attend the Conference?
Registration rates vary depending on date of registration, BSR membership status, and company/organization type. A full list of registration rates can be found here.
What is the registration process?
Please register online.
Are volunteer opportunities available?
Due to the scope, format, and staffing needs of the Conference, unfortunately, we cannot offer volunteer opportunities. We genuinely appreciate your interest in supporting the Conference.
Are there scholarships available to supplement my registration fee?
We genuinely appreciate your consideration and interest in the program. As a nonprofit, BSR is unable to offer scholarships for the Conference. Should any future funding become available, we will update our website accordingly.
Are registration discounts available?
Early, advance, and standard rates are available for both BSR members and nonmembers. NGOs, academics, and government organizations receive a discounted registration rate at any time. Visit the Registration Information page for detailed registration rates.
Can I opt to attend only one day of the Conference?
Yes, day rates are available. Visit the Registration Information page for detailed registration rates.
Can I submit a session topic or suggest a speaker?
Thank you for your interest in speaking opportunities at the BSR Conference 2012. The session content is determined internally, and all speaker participation is by invitation only. Our goal is to create a program that balances a wide range of topics and format, while also maintaining diversity of participation and speakers. BSR does not administer an open submission process, and we do not accept speaker or content submissions.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We will offer an 80 percent refund to those who postmark or email their cancellation by September 28, 2012. For additional information, review our full cancellation policy. Visit the Registration Information page for more information.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
To make a substitution, email BSR2012@meetgreen.com or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the on-site registration counter. This will simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
How can I receive additional information regarding BSR membership?
To receive information regarding BSR membership, visit the Registration Information page for more information. Organizations that confirm membership prior to October 1 will receive the member registration rates. Prepaid nonmember registration fees will be refunded the difference.

The BSR Conference attracts a global audience of business executives of all levels and distinguished leaders from the public sector and civil society who are working together to advance responsible business practices.

What is the dress code?
The BSR Conference does not have a dress code. The usual attire is general business or business casual.
Can I register on site?
On-site registration is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday October 23.
Can I receive a press pass?
BSR offers press passes to journalists with verified credentials. To request a press pass, send your credentials and sample articles to Eva Dienel at media@bsr.org.
